We don't rush into suggesting retained search. Instead, we often look inside our clients' existing talent base to help them find internal solutions that might provide an obvious intellectual and cultural match.

Finally, we take confidentiality seriously. We never compromise our clients' interests by trading sensitive information or engaging searches that present a conflict.
